Concerned Citizens for a Better West Covina is a group of citizens from the private, public and non-profit sectors who are coming together to find solutions and provide information about the issues facing the city of West Covina. Our mission is to address issues of:

Land use and Recreation
Availability of Services
Civic Engagement
Environment
Systematic inequities among residents
Budget Issues
The purpose of the “Concerned Citizens for a Better West Covina” Group is to provide an organization to work for good government, and to assure fair and equitable representation for all residents through out the city. The major goals include the following:
1. To assure that all regions of the city are represented equitably. 2. To assure that all regions of the city receive an equitable share of city resources. 3. To assure that the city operates with fiscal responsibility and strives to achieve a balanced budget at all times. 4. To provide the oversight of various government operation through work groups, member participation in council meetings, commission meetings and other city functions. 5. A commitment to create a community of dignity and respect for all citizens of West Covina.
